Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment Terms: All services must be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice. Payment options include ACH transfers, credit card payments, or wire transfers. Late payments will incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
  2. Service Delivery: Services will be delivered as per the timelines agreed upon in the service agreement. Moon Logistics and Services LLC is not liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our control.
  3. Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of service initiation will be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be provided after this period.
  4. Confidentiality: All client information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the services agreed upon.
  5. Liability: Moon Logistics and Services LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  6. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Moon Logistics and Services LLC is based.
  7. Amendments: Any amendments to these terms and conditions must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
