Our Basic Dispatching plan provides all the essential dispatching services to keep you on the road with steady, high-paying loads while allowing you to remain in control of your administrative tasks. You book loads through us, but you handle your own factoring, invoicing, and compliance. This plan is ideal for carriers who are comfortable managing their back-office needs.

Includes:

✔ Load Booking & Negotiation – We find and secure the best-paying loads for you.
✔ Broker/Shipper Setup – We complete and submit carrier packets on your behalf.
✔ Load Scheduling & Planning – We organize pickup and delivery schedules based on your preferences.
✔ Rate Confirmation Handling – We verify and send you rate confirmations before booking.
✔ 24/7 Load Support – We assist with issues such as delays, cancellations, or truck breakdowns.

Pricing:

💰 6% - 7% per load
💰 First 30 Days Promotional Discount: 6% (Basic Plan Only)

Requirements for Basic Dispatching:

✅ Active MC Authority

✅ CDL or NON CDL
✅ Certificate of Insurance (COI)
✅ Signed MLS Dispatch Service Agreement
✅ Completed Carrier Packet & W9

✅Notice of Assignment (NOA)
✅ Satisfactory Safety Rating
